My Work
Research interests include the molecular pathogenesis of diffuse parenchymal lung disease including cystic lung disease and fibrotic lung disease. Current research studies include the function and regulation of the epithelial to mesenchymal transition in the lung, the role of exosomes in LAM, innte immune cells in fibrosis and LAM, machine learning in CT imaging and the role of macrophage lipid homeostasis in lung disease receptors.
Potential Projects
To examine the role of exosomes and innate immune cells in facilitating EMT and metastasis in Lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
