My Work

Professor McGrath's research work focuses on clinical epidemiology of neurovascular cognitive disorders (stroke, mild cognitive impairment and dementia), blood biomarkers for dementia and preclinical dementia, dementia risk prediction, clinical trials in neuroscience, particularly in neurodegenerative disease and reproductive and sex-specific risk factors for dementia.
